SHETTER PALEVSKY INTERIORS (SPI) CELEBRATES TWO-YEAR ANNIVERSARY
SANTA MONICA, CA ( December 6 , 2005) - Page 2 of 2

SPI was founded in 2004 on the ideal that modernism can be successfully combined with comfort and livability. SPI' s finished projects, whether residential or commercial, meet high standards of functionality, ease, and timelessness that support each client's needs and requirements. Their growing list of clients shows that these standards, critical to today's functioning homes and workplaces, are being successfully met.

The two designers, who met as undergraduates at the University of Southern California, share a design aesthetic that mixes the California lifestyle with both ancient and modern traditions. Palevsky received training from UCLA's interior design/architecture program. Her major design influences are based on her travels in Vienna, Budapest, Greece, Turkey and London.

Shetter received a Master of Science degree in interior design from the Pratt Institute in New York. A native of Arizona, she has studied culture and design in places as diverse as Kenya and Copenhagen with travel to Prague, Italy, Egypt, Nepal, and South Africa rounding out her experiences.

SPI oversees all phases of a project, including demolition/remodel plans, color choices, custom furnishings and light fixtures, specialized wall and floor finishing, and art selection and installation. With a clear focus on the requirements of the client, the two partners bring professionalism and clarity to the complex task of designing interior spaces for individual needs. Together, they work to create environments of lasting quality.

SPI is based in Santa Monica, California. For more information, please visit www.spi-design.com.
